    With this package, Planning starts 30-60 days prior to the event and includes:

    -Unlimited email support leading up to the big day

    -Venue site visit

    -Coordination with all vendors including venue staff, DJ, Florist & Caterer

    -Creation of event day timeline and floor plan

    -Placement of light decor (guestbook, decor etc)

    -Management of the wedding rehearsal

    -On site execution day of the event

    -Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

    -Initial planning meeting to discuss budget and vision

    -Access to preferred vendor database
